Robinson’s career continues to evolve, which is of no surprise given that her talents prove to be boundless. The 36-year-old comedian, writer, and actress moved from Cleveland, Ohio to New York so that she could attend the Pratt Institute and study screenwriting. Soon after, Robinson found work at a production company, and it wasn’t until she was convinced to attend a stand-up class by a friend that Robinson discovered comedy was the path for her. Black women.’”
